Growing up, Nadia struggled to find stylish clothing in her size. She knew she wasn’t alone, so she founded Dia&Co to transform the shopping experience for the 100 million plus size women in America. Through Dia&Co’s personalized service, now available in Style and Active apparel categories, each customer receives curated boxes of clothing selected to fit her body, her budget, and her lifestyle—all to try on in the comfort of her own home.
Since its founding in 2015, Dia&Co has attracted a dedicated and diverse customer base, working with millions of women across all 50 states and more than 90% of ZIP codes. The company has been named one of New York City’s 15 hottest startups by Business Insider and featured on CNBC’s inaugural Upstart 25 list. Nadia has received the Bustle Upstart Award and has been named as one of Inc’s Most Innovative Women, Marie Claire’s New Guard, and the Glossy 50.
Prior to founding Dia&Co, Nadia worked as an investment banker at Perella Weinberg Partners and most recently served as COO and CFO of New York-based jewelry brand Frieda and Nellie. Nadia holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. With a Cuban mother and Kuwaiti father, Nadia hails from both Miami and the Middle East, and is currently based in New York.
