Salma is a multi-award winning freelance writer and journalist based in London. Her work focuses on marginalised communities, contemporary faith, issues affecting women, British identity and more for the likes of Bustle, VICE, i-D, DAZED, HUNGER, ELLE, GQ, i-D, gal-dem, Grazia, Cosmopolitan, Stylist and Refinery29UK. Salma’s also a Contributing Author of several Non-Fiction books, including the Amazon #1 best-selling anthology 'It's Not About the Burqa.'
