How Do You Fill Up Your Snapchat Trophy Case?

As the Rainbow Puke Era finally appears to be coming to an end, the time has come to turn our attention toward other, less visually appealing aspects of the Snapchat update. I'm talking, of course, about how to fill up your Snapchat trophy case, because if you're anything like me, the little icon has been taunting you for weeks now. Are there better things to do with your time than to obsess over the emptiness of your trophy case — like, say, doing something about the laundry that you've been sleeping on top of rather than folding and putting away?

By the way, Mom, if you're reading this, that was a totally random example off the top of my head. Not something I have done, am doing, or would ever consider doing. Nope. Never.

Anyway. As we've previously discussed, Snapchat is being infuriatingly mum on the subject of how, exactly, to get trophies — the extent of their instructions are to "explore Snapchat." Fortunately, though, the Internet is full of people who are terrible at letting things lie, and as a result, we have articles upon blogs upon websites devoted to helping you get as many trophies as possible. The little emojis won't do anything to fill the existential void in our souls, but we can certainly try anyway.

According to iDigital Times, there are actually 29 potential Snapchat trophies, but you've probably noticed that your trophy case only has 16 spots. Curious, no? We don't totally know what that means yet — but if all you want to do at the moment is fill up those slots, then let's take a look at 16 of the easiest Snapchat trophies to acquire.

1. Finger

Send a picture with a filter.

2. Peace Sign

Send a Snap with at least two filters.

3. Flashlight

Send 10 Snaps with front-facing flash.

4. VCR

Send a video.

5. Movie Camera

Send 50 videos.

6. Gold Star

Hit 100 Snapchat points, which you receive by sending and receiving Snaps.

7. Sun

Send a Snap when the temperature filter is above 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

8. Snowflake

Send a Snap when the temperature filter is below freezing.

9. Panda Bear

Send 50 Snaps with the black-and-white filter.

10. Lollipop

Draw on (and send) a Snap using at least five colors.

11. Microscope

Send 10 videos using zoom.

12. Magnifying Glass

Send 10 Snaps totally zoomed in

13. Monkey

Send a video without audio.

14. Egg in Frying Pan

Send a picture between 4 and 5 a.m.

15. ABCD

Send 100 Snaps with large text.

16. Devil Face

Send 1000 Snaps with the front-facing camera.
