Mel C Singing "Too Much" Is Too Much To Handle

This is too much to handle. On Wednesday while appearing on the Chris Evans Breakfast Show at the BBC, Sporty Spice Melanie Chisholm sang "Too Much," one of the many hits the Spice Girls gifted their fans. As my fellow die-hard Spice Girls fans can imagine, Mel C still has some serious pipes and literally gave me chills during her performance. She improved my day exponentially.

The now 41-year-old singer put an acoustic spin on the song that was released 18 years ago. That's right, "Too Much" was first released in 1997. For those who know the ins and outs of Spice World, you recall that "Too Much" was part of the opening of the movie featuring the Spice Girls. You can check that out here.

Anyways, if this isn't proof enough that the Spice Girls should go on a reunion tour, then what is it going to take? In October, rumors began circulating that the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys might go on tour together. That would be a dream come true. Well, now that Sporty Spice is showcasing how amazing and skilled she still is as a performer, hopefully this will convince Scary, Baby, Posh, Ginger, and all of the BSB members to make this joint tour happen.

Chisholm is touched by all the love she's received regarding her 2015 version of "Too Much," as she tweeted the following:

No, thank YOU, Mel C, for making Spice Girls fans happy all across the world.
