Ronan Farrow Responds To Paternity Rumors

by Kate Ward

Well, Ronan Farrow might not actually be Woody Allen's son, but he certainly has his sense of humor. After Ronan's mother, Mia Farrow, spoke to Vanity Fair and admitted that her 25-year-old son, Ronan, might actually be the biological child of Frank Sinatra — and not supposed father Allen — the activist responded to the news in a tweet. Said Ronan on Twitter, "Listen, we're all *possibly* Frank Sinatra's son."

The tweet was retweeted by the writer's own mother, who told Vanity Fair that though she was married to Allen during Ronan's birth, she and Sinatra "never really split up" after their first marriage, which lasted two years. (And, based on Nancy Sinatra's words that Ronan "is a big part of us, and we are blessed to have him in our lives," the Sinatra family agrees.) It certainly seems as though Farrow's suspicions might be true — after all, Ronan has the same blue eyes that famously gave Ol' Blue Eyes himself, Sinatra, his nickname.

So we know what this all means: Ronan, by nature, got the looks of the legendary singer Sinatra, and, by nurture, got the wit, charm, and intelligence of the man who raised him, Allen. Sorry, Scott Eastwood: All of us have officially moved on.
