The Real Housewives Who Have Been Married The Most

by Marenah Dobin

One of the funny things about Real Housewives is that many of the cast members are not wives at all. And that's totally fine; they add to the drama just the same. Then, on the other end of things, there are quite a few cast members who have been married multiple times. So, when it comes down to it, who is the Real Housewife who has been married the most times?

Over the years, there have been a lot of Housewives throughout all of the cities in the franchise, so it can be a little hard to keep track of things with this many women, but there is a clear answer to this question — and it's a three-way tie.

The three women who have been married the most have all been married three times: Tamra Judge, Eileen Davidson, and Cary Deuber. Some of their marriages were stories that you saw play out on TV and others have only been alluded to. Tamra has pretty much laid it all out for the viewers of Real Housewives of Orange County when it comes to her tough times with her first two marriages. And then on the opposite end of the spectrum, Eileen is more tight-lipped when it comes to talking about her marital past on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And one of the newest Housewives, Carly Dueber on Real Housewives of Dallas, revealed on the show that she was in her third marriage after two short-lived attempts.

Here are a few more details on each of these Housewives' romantic pasts.

Tamra has been pretty open about being married three times. Viewers saw her second marriage with Simon Barney fall apart on the show. They went from being a super affectionate couple to arguing over every little thing, and it was just very tough for fans to watch without feeling uncomfortable. Even though Simon has not been on the show for years, he is still in a public custody battle with Tamra.

After her split from Simon, we got to watch Tamra get married to Eddie Judge in her own spin-off series. From infamously taking that bath together on television to opening a gym together, they seem like a very solid couple that enjoys doing a lot of different things together.

And of course, all faithful RHOC fans have been paying attention and know that Tamra's oldest son Ryan Vieth is from her first marriage to Darren Vieth, which was way before her time as a Real Housewife.

In the most recent season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Eileen felt that her marriages came under attack by Lisa Vanderpump, because of LVP's insistent questioning about Eileen's past relationships. As fans are aware, Eileen is currently married to Vince Van Patten, a former actor and tennis player. They have one son together and he has two others from a previous marriage who Eileen adores very much.

Before that, Eileen was married to a fellow soap opera actor Jon Lindstrom (above, right) for three years, the Daily Mail reports. Eileen met her current husband while she was still married to Lindstrom, and it is this meeting that Lisa Vanderpump was trying to get more information about during several RHOBH episodes.

Eileen also had a super brief marriage to Dukes of Hazzard actor Christopher Mayer for six months with a divorce that took two years to finalize, according to Enstarz.

Cary Deuber

Although we are only just starting to get to know Cary on Real Housewives of Dallas, she has been very open when it comes to talking about her past. Currently, she is happily married to and working with her husband Mark Deuber, a plastic surgeon with whom she has a practice. She works as his operative assistant.

In the third episode of RHOD, Cary revealed that she was actually on her third marriage. She said that her first two marriages were very brief, though. Cary elaborated more on her Bravo blog, writing,

My first marriage came and went in two years because we were way too young; and, my second one was annulled after less than three months (hey, it happens!); so I guess legally I have only been married twice but I’ve had three weddings!

Since Cary is new to reality TV, there is not a lot of information about her past marriages available, but I'm sure that will come about eventually as she opens up on RHOD.

Thankfully, it seems like the third time is really the charm for all of these ladies, since they all seem very happy and in love with their current husbands.
