Megan Thee Stallion has earned quite the reputation (a good one!) for embracing what some might consider “ugly" fashion trends. Ed Hardy circa 2005? She’s into it. Groutfits? Yep, those too. Tap through to see her take on seven questionable trends turned cute.

Dress Over Leggings

A dress over leggings is arguably the most polarizing trend Meg has ever tackled, but somehow she managed to look good. Here, she wears an asymmetrical dress with shiny latex bottoms underneath.

Clashing Patterns

Contrasting prints are never easy to pull off, but our girl does so expertly here, pairing a tropical turtleneck with loud leggings featuring leopard spots and daisies. She can do no wrong.

Low-Rise Jeans

I’m still not sure why low-rise jeans are back, but they're unavoidable at this point, and Meg rocking them is proof. She especially loves styling low-slung denim with crop tops to show off her midriff.

Ed Hardy

Ed Hardy helped to define 2000s style, but its reign didn’t last long. Meg is among the celebs determined to bring back the tattoo-inspired designs, and this matching tee-and-hat combo is enough to make me a fan again.

Groutfits

Unlike all-black ensembles, sporting gray-on-gray isn’t exactly hailed as fashionable. Megan makes this casual light gray set look cute, though. Only the Hot Girl Coach has the power to make groutfits stylish.

Futuristic Sunglasses

During her Coachella 2022 performance, Meg donned shades that looked akin to a VR headset. The trend has exploded since, but I credit Meg as one of the first to make me take these sunnies seriously.

Bucket Hats

OK, admittedly bucket hats are cool again, but prior to a few months ago, the only people wearing these were dads on fishing trips. Still, Meg makes this brightly-patterned Chanel iteration look incredible.
