Cara Delevingne Won't Stop Modeling After All

by Lindsey Rose Black

Cara Delevingne has an enviable slew of movies lined up, but the megastar is making sure the world knows she hasn't completely disappeared from the modeling scene. Despite rumors and a split with her agency, Storm Model Management, Cara Delevingne won't stop modeling after all according to The Hollywood Reporter. As a major fan of her modeling work, I'm pretty pumped for this news!

After a revealing interview with Vogue, it sounded like Delevingne was done with modeling for good to focus on acting. So far, the leap has been nothing but successful, as the star has already landed several major roles.

The model-turned-actor shared, "I'm not stopping modeling, I'm not retiring. I'm just doing film for the time being. Careers change and develop as you get older. I still have very close relationships with the people I used to work with. Maybe I’ll do fashion sometimes, but at the moment I have no time to do anything." She sounds so mature about the whole thing, and making sure to not completely burn any bridges is a wise move.

Lucky for Delevingne, she has some major support from the fashion world if she does want to break back in. She told THR how Chanel's Karl Lagerfeld had "always known that [Delevingne] wanted to act [and] has been nothing but supportive." Maybe we can expect the duo to team up again down the road for more incredible fashion videos like the dreamy one with Pharrell?

And because it feels like it's been forever, let's take a stroll down memory lane and remember what a talented model Cara really is.
