Bella Hadid And Her Mom Wore Matching Swimsuits

Coordinating swimwear with your BFF has been a growing trend this summer. From when we were seeing triple when Kylie and Kendall Jenner wore a matching pink and white striped one piece with their gal pal Lauren Perez in July, to now seeing double as Bella Hadid and Yolanda Foster wore similar swimsuits, lounging the afternoon away poolside in early August — planning swimwear looks with your squad is clearly something that celebrities are taking seriously (if only for the Instagram opportunities). In any case, swimsuits that complement one another are seriously working for Bella and Yolanda.

Like mother, like daughter is an understatement. It’s no secret where Bella and older sister Gigi Hadid get their supermodel status good looks from. Posing back to back in a flattering one piece, each sporting a different shade of red, this mommy-and-me snapshot could easily have been a flash back straight out of the 1989 series Baywatch.

Prior to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Foster was discovered by modeling agent Eileen Ford in her home country of Holland. She paid her dues as an international model for 15 years before making the decision to leave the runway for a bit. She may have passed the fashion torch over to Gigi and Bella, but I think it is safe to say she’s still got it. Looks like her girls need not worry about aging poorly.

Personally, I think Bella's got the right idea here. Some girl's consider their mom their number one BFF, and like they say, imitation is the highest form of flattery. I dress like my mom all the time, which, OK isn't exactly on purpose, but we are often a product of our environment, right?
