Let's talk about how Ellen DeGeneres' online-only brand sold out within its first 24 hours of being open to the public. Now let's talk about how Ellen DeGeneres' lifestyle brand is coming to Bergdorf Goodman in September for a pop up shop that will sell some of its more high end products.
Guys, this is a huge deal. After watching Scatter My Ashes At Bergdorf's (highly recommend you watch it if you haven't), we basically saw how hard it is to actually get your brand in the iconic Manhattan store, especially for new designers. It's no easy feat, and a pop up shop like this one is a pretty genius idea.
Basically, certain pieces from ED will be picked out and be available at Bergdorf's only from September 10 to 22, so you better get your arses there. But, if you can't make it, the website will also carry the items from September 8 to 30. Even so, it's a small window, and given how quickly her previous items sold out, I suggest you mark your calendars! Unique to this particular pop up is a capsule collection, though, with items that will range between $800-$3,750, according to Fashionista. These items are of course made only for the retailer.
So what exactly can you find in this luxury collection? "Cashmere sweaters, Italian wool separates, and Italian woven shirting," according to Fashionista. There will also be a section for home goods, including some items for decorating. And as if you couldn't get enough, there will be a collection of vintage items that DeGeneres herself has picked out, and will be auctioned off for charity. Shopping for a cause—it always gets me.
So if you're looking to up your luxe game this fall, make sure to check out this pop up shop, or for non-New Yorkers, the e-commerce site.
