Julianne Hough Is Engaged!

Julianne Hough has some big news to share! The actress and professional dancer will soon officially be off the market, and she could not be happier to say so. Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich are engaged, as both Hough and Laich shared on their Instagram pages with an adorable and romantic snap of the dancer in the arms of her soon-to-be hubby. The two are pictured on a patio together with a gorgeous lakefront view, but Hough is shown staring at another view — the new ring on her finger. They captioned their picture announcement as such,

We are overwhelmed with joy and excitement to share with you our recent engagement! #fiancé #love

How exciting! Hough, who has been dating the NHL player since February 2014, seems to be happier than ever since stepping out with him. Not long after they announced they were dating, the 27-year-old was eager to open up to Redbook about her relationship with the Washington Capitals player, saying, "We've been open and honest from day one." She has not been shy about gushing about her man, sharing sweet Instagram snaps that call him "the love of her life."

It certainly does not hurt that Hough is a huge sports fan, so they probably had lots to talk about when they were first connecting! It sounds like a dream relationship for the both of them.
