These qualities alone make Demi Lovato's Madame Tussauds wax figure a very well-deserved honor. The singer visited her wax figure, which is currently housed at the Hollywood outpost of the museum, as an early 23rd birthday present to herself.
The figure is super convincing, even working Lovato's typically edgy yet feminine style, complete with her signature turquoise-dipped and undercut bob. This statue took 20 skilled artists 3 months to create and cost approximately $300,000 to make. The wax sculpture's look is also typical old-school Lovato, rocking a form-fitting bustier paired with her go-to performance costume of high-rise disco pants and a metal panel-embellished motorcycle jacket.
After the release of her warm-weather jam "Cool For the Summer," however, the singer has been spotted in a slew of more sexy ensembles, demonstrating the start of a full-on style evolution. While the singer may have moved beyond her pure punk fashion roots, her Madame Tussauds figure still perfectly embodies her rock and roll ethos.
