Tina & Amy Kept It Simple At The Emmys

The Emmys' funniest female duo (well, actually, I'd say the Emmys' funniest duo over all) are letting their comedy speak for itself at this year's awards ceremony. At the 2015 Emmys, Amy Poehler and Tina Fey kept it simple, but elegant at this year's show. I know Orange Is The New Black is nominated for Best Drama Series, but they're proving that actually, black is the new black.

Poehler kept it sleek with a black high-neck halter gown, complete with and sultry yet elegant cut-outs. She topped off the look with statement-making black and gold bangles on both wrists and simple gold drop earrings.

Fey went a little more conservative, wearing a black cap-sleeved gown with a white textured bib panel on the front. She didn't walk the whole carpet, sadly, but the glimpse we did get of her dress was certainly not overlooked. Here's to hoping she presents tonight, and not only so we get to see more of her look — any moment Fey is onstage is a memorable one.

There were several gorgeous couples on the red carpet this year, and even though the former hosts didn't walk together, they still get my pick for best dressed pair. I mean, it's Tina and Amy!
