You Have To See Emily's Mirrored Gown

This week is the official first week of fall, which is basically code for almost the holidays. Holiday parties, and therefore holiday party dresses, are one of the best parts of the season, and Emily Blunt's Sicario premiere dress, spotted by Perez Hilton, is about to give you so much inspiration. Seriously. I'm not even sorry summer is ending at this point.

The Devil Wears Prada star walked the red carpet at the London premiere of her new movie on Monday wearing a seriously exquisite metallic mirrored gown. The sleeveless, glittering dress was floor-length, featured red piping on the sleeves and neckline, an open back, and was completely covered in rose gold discs. It was a whole lot of glitz and flash, and the perfect way to make a statement on the red carpet.

But all that sparkle definitely requires understated accessorizing, and Blunt did just that. She didn't wear any jewelry or carry a bag, and she had her hair in a chic and simple up-do. Though she kept her eye makeup minimal and fresh, she glammed it up with a classic red lip. Going head-to-toe mirrored could definitely veer on the side of tacky, but Blunt's styling kept it elegant.
