Kate Middleton Dons Gray From Head-To-Toe, Does Matchy-Matchy Right — PHOTOS
When you are constantly under scrutiny of the public eye, the pressure is definitely on to make the best of fashion choices and look nothing short of amazing each time. Most people crack under that pressure at least once or twice, but The Duchess of Cambridge manages to always get it right. Kate Middleton wore a head-to-toe gray ensemble while visiting a women's prison on Friday, and totally pulled it off, obviously.
I am not typically a fan of overly matching looks, but Middleton somehow makes it look insanely chic. No surprise there, of course, as that's exactly what she does so well time and time again.
The Duchess stepped out in a knee-length pale gray dress with long sleeves, a form-fitting silhouette, and a high crew neckline. The minimalistic dress incorporated asymmetrical detailing with a peplum-like flap at the right side that gave the look a unique touch. She paired the pretty number with coordinated gray suede pumps as well as a gray little clutch.
Middleton's gorgeous new bangs were on full display looking smooth and sleek, while sections of her hair were pinned back. Her makeup was kept fresh and dewy with some peach blush at the apples of her cheeks and pale lipstick.
Check out the stunning look.
Elegance at its very finest.
Middleton seems to be a fan of fully monochrome outfits. Let's take a look at 6 other times she donned matchy-matchy looks.
Head-to-toe white has never looked so good.
2. Yellow Beige
Straight out of labor and she still manages to match her shoes to her dress.
3. All Navy Everything
Those suede navy heels are everything.
She must have a matching hat for every ensemble in her closet.
5. Pale Pastel
Coordinating your shoes to your handbag is still pretty matchy to me.
6. All-Around Beige
Oh so chic.
