Seventies inspired style has made a major resurgence into mainstream fashion. Everyone from Kendall Jenner to Diane Kruger has tapped into the disco trend, and now another celeb has hopped on the bandwagon. Kate Hudson wore a metallic gold gown to the premiere of her new film Rock The Kasbah, and the ensemble had disco diva written all over it. Rather than going full-on shiny sequins and bell bottoms, the actress managed to put a modern twist on the retro look.

Hudson has been totally winning in the style department lately. First she dazzled in a monochrome floral minidress at the Golden Heart Awards Gala, then she wowed in a cutout blackout jumpsuit in NYC, and now she slays yet another gorgeous look.

The 36-year-old hit the carpet in a glitzy form-fitting halter gown that made her look like a real-life golden goddess. The stunning silhouette featured gold sequins with white and gold mesh panels running vertically down the dress. The slinky gown hugged her curves perfectly — I have never seen her look more statuesque.

The actress completed the sparkly ensemble with sky-high patent leather nude heels and a metallic box clutch. She topped of the look with sleek center-parted locks, a warm copper smoky eye, and a nude lip. It was utter perfection.

Feast your eyes on the fashion-y '70s-inspired goodness.
