Is This Miley Cyrus' 2015 Halloween Costume?

If there were one celebrity to give Heidi Klum a run for her money as the reigning Halloween queen, it's the Dead Petz singer — or so I thought. Miley Cyrus debuted her Halloween costume on Instagram on Thursday, and it's pretty much the farthest thing from what I expected. TBH, I'm pretty disappointed.

The 22-year-old chose to dress up as none other than Cinderella, or "CinderSMELLY", as she called it on Instagram. Does it get anymore basic than a Disney princess? This feels totally un-Miley like, and it's just not right. The super normcore getup is comprised of a standard Cinderella blue dress — puffy shoulders, tulle overlay and all. She also rocked a slicked back top bun and a thick black choker, making her basically a spitting image of the pretty blonde Disney character.

Halloween is the one day a year where it's appropriate to wear a rainbow-colored box and pasties in public, so I can't help but be shocked by this strangely tame look. Judging by her amazing past costumes, like the time she dressed like Lil' Kim in that infamous purple jumpsuit and wig, I didn't see this one coming.
