Jennifer Aniston Credits Her Glowing Skin To Doing This After A Workout
When it comes to skin envy, there is no celebrity who gives it to me quite like Jennifer Aniston. I mean, the woman is positively ageless. Luckily, Jennifer Aniston just revealed her skin secrets to Yahoo! Beauty, and you're going to want to try her post-workout tip, STAT. (Like, even if you don't workout, you're going to want to for this one).
Aniston has one of the most enviable (and natural) complexions in Hollywood, so of course I'm all ears when she decides to reveal any of her tips. The Friends actress talked beauty with Bobbi Brown, and as it turns out, she doesn't just credit expensive creams or trendy serums for her glowing skin. "I always give myself a good steam. A hot steam, or I have an infrared hot box that I love that always gives me an extra boost or an extra glow to my skin," Aniston said.
Though we probably don't all have infrared hot boxes at home, a steam is a pretty easy DIY — all you need is a stove, a pot, and water. But according to Aniston, timing is everything. The 46-year-old likes to give herself a steam right after a workout, which boosts your blood circulation and increases oxygen flow.
