If you are obsessed with her style as Lady Mary on Downtown Abbey, then prepare to fall even harder for her red carpet style, because Michelle Dockery's Women of the Year Awards jumpsuit is so chic, it's basically everything you are going to want to wear to this year's holiday parties.

The 33-year-old actress attended the 2015 Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year Awards in London on Tuesday, according to People, and she took a detour from the usual red carpet gowns and cocktail dresses to wear a jumpsuit. The Ralph & Russo one piece was all white, with long sleeves and a cinched waist, and totally nailed the effortlessly elegant vibe.

Jumpsuits were all the rage this year, but I wasn't exactly sure that the summery piece would work when the temperatures cooled down. But Dockery's long sleeved version is definitely the right way to transition the piece with the seasons changing. Plus, she captured the whole "winter whites" thing.

Not only was her outfit flawless, but her makeup, with a smokey eye and burgundy lip, was also giving me plenty of holiday inspiration. Winter is the perfect time to experiment with darker, bolder colors, like Dockery's.

It's so understated, but still makes a style statement.
