25 Stunning Pray For Paris Photos

by Celia Darrough

The world descended into despair Friday when six coordinated terror attacks rocked several Paris arrondissements, leaving approximately 130 people dead. But though many felt knocked down after the attacks that also injured around 300 more people, the sentiments quickly turned positive, as Parisians vowed to rise above. People around the world have joined in to support France, and just a quick glance on social media shows hundreds of beautiful Pray for Paris photos meant to lend encouragement and positive thoughts.

International monuments, such as One World Trade Center, the Angel de la Independencia in Mexico City, the Kuala Lumpur Tower in the Malaysian capital, and the Sydney Opera House all lit up in red, white, and blue to honor the victims and stand in solidarity with France. And while that was an incredible way for cities and countries to visibly show their support to the rest of the world, many individuals took to Twitter to post images of the Eiffel Tower, the French flag, and other drawings all asking for prayers and thoughts for those affected by the tragedy. Support is so needed in times like these, and if you want to help Paris, there are many ways to do so. Here are some of the most stunning "Pray for Paris" photos.
