Kylie Jenner's Turtleneck Dress On 'Ellen'
Turtlenecks are all the rage right now (on both girls and guys), but how do you make them party-appropriate? Look no further than Kylie Jenner's The Ellen DeGeneres Show appearance. According to The Daily Mail, the 18-year-old reality star wore a turtleneck dress on the talk show, and it's going to give you so much holiday party inspiration. Seriously, this is how you wear a mini dress in the winter without looking borderline crazy/ridiculous.
Jenner stopped by the talk show this week, and even though we aren't quite through with Thanksgiving yet, she looked totally holiday ready in a killer turtleneck dress. And oh, by the way, it was also velvet. Slay. Mini dresses + winter don't necessarily go together, but wearing a turtleneck dress definitely looks a little less summer-y. Especially when it's velvet.
Jenner's dress was knee-length, a gorgeous taupe color, and featured a pretty daring slit up the middle. She paired it with nude strappy sandals, and wore her hair in loose, cascading waves pulled to one side. She looked polished, but still had a bit of her signature edge. And I'm thinking this is a look that could easily be emulated for a holiday party this season.
I love this more elegant side of Kylie. She looks absolutely stunning.
