Best. Christmas Present. Ever.

Get ready for your heart to grow three sizes, because this video of three little girls discovering their newly adopted brother under the Christmas tree is going to get you right in the feels. To set the story up a bit, Courtney Solstad and her husband Steve were approved for adoption in November of this year. But it wasn't until the first week of December that they were able to realize their dream of adoption — and that's where the magic begins.

Instead of simply introducing their daughters to their new little brother, Nathan, by way of a standard familial meet-and-greet, Courtney and Steve decided to seize the wonder of this time of year to make the moment even more special for their girls. So, to truly surprise them, the couple placed their tenderly swaddled son beneath the twinkling lights of the Christmas tree — and a chalkboard on which their daughter Chloe had written that her Christmas wish was "for my mom and dad to have the baby they desire!" And, well, Chloe clearly wasn't the only one who saw her wish come true this year. Courtney wrote on Facebook:

The girls knew nothing about Nathan until this. We met them at the door and told them that we had been out Christmas shopping and got them a gift to share... and it was under the tree.

So as the girls walked into the living room, their parents filmed their daughters' delighted reactions. Y'all, it's the sweetest.

As it dawns on the girls what is happening, Courtney confirms, saying, "That's your new baby brother." One daughter clearly cannot contain her excitement, jumping up and down. Another cries tears of joy. And the third adorably says, "I'm gonna wet my pants." If this entire experience doesn't touch your soul, you might actually be the Grinch. Join me in watching and giving in to the warm fuzzies — 'tis the season, after all.

For their part, the Solstads are enjoying now being a family of six and feel incredibly blessed for the outpouring of support and well wishes people have sent their way upon seeing this sweet video.

And because this is the most wonderful time of year and because the precious Solstad family has me feeling particularly sentimental, I dug up three other beautiful baby surprises that are sure to make you shed a tear. Just consider it my gift to you, friends.

1. "Is It A Girl?"

When Aubrey Howell's sister-in-law found out she was having a baby girl, she decided to tell the family she was having a little boy. Why? She had three boys already, and the last six grandchildren on her side have been boys. So she wanted to surprise her loved ones with a baby girl — and she did. How she managed to keep the secret for so long is beyond me, but the end result was well worth the effort (in more ways than one, obviously).

2. "Oh My Gosh, Look At Her!"

OK, so technically the baby isn't the surprise here. But how could I not include this one of National Guard Sgt. John Vorrath meeting his baby girl for the first time 22 hours after her birth? Not to mention his reunion with his wife and two-year-old son. As surprises go, this was a pretty fantastic one. I can literally feel my heart getting bigger right now.

3. "You Are Right ... Times Two"

Seriously, I couldn't even keep my baby's gender a secret for 24 hours — how are these amazing moms and dads not only keeping genders and, you know, entire children a secret? It's astounding and, as you can tell from this twin surprise, very touching too.
