When you land your dream magazine cover, you probably want it to be pretty memorable, right? Emma Roberts covered Allure for the first time in their January issue, and it's not only her best magazine cover to date, but it's maybe the best she's looked, like, ever.
The Scream Queens star is the magazine's latest cover girl, and she took to Instagram on Sunday to share a snap of her cover, as well as her surprise. "Still in shock over this! Always wanted to be on your cover @allure thank you !!" Roberts wrote. And when you see how fantastic it is, you'll probably agree that her cover debut was worth the wait.
Roberts poses in a sheer, long sleeved black lace top that is pretty darn sexy, in an old world, gothic kind of way. Her makeup, though minimal, is glowing and completely flawless. But the best part is hands down her hair. The actress has her blonde hair in a messy up-do with pieces falling around her neck, and her bangs swept to the side. She definitely looks more mature and sophisticated, but with a chic and sensual edge. It's pretty much the perfect way to make a cover debut.
Mic drop for this cover. She let her hair down for the inside editorial, and it looks just as fab:
She barely has any makeup on and she's still flawless.
Though this is her first Allure cover, check out these seven other covers Emma Roberts has totally slayed.
The rainbow has never looked so good.
She was totally channeling Chanel Oberlin on this one.
3. Vanity Fair
You may have forgotten, but Roberts covered Vanity Fair's New Hollywood issue with Kristen Stewart, Blake Lively, and Amanda Seyfried. As a brunette, no less.
4. Teen Vogue, 2015
She's rocking that leopard print.
5. Elle Canada
I can't get enough of her textured bob.
6. Teen Vogue, 2007
She was rocking covers even as a 16-year-old up-and-coming star. Adorbs.
