Daisy Ridley Is A Style Star On The Rise

by May Sofi

Move over Rooney Mara and Lily James, there's a new stylish Hollywood actress on the scene, and she is quickly securing the title of the next celebrity fashionista for herself. Daisy Ridley attended the Star Wars: The Force Awakens premiere in London on Wednesday wearing a futuristic gown, and the ensemble was the perfect combination of on-theme and fashion forward.

The 23-year-old hit the red carpet in a look that surely turned heads and had all eyes on her. She donned a two-tone gown consisting of a black structured skirt, an entirely embellished bodice, and side cutouts. The jewels covering the top of the dress were arranged in asymmetrical blocks, perfectly aligned with the one-shoulder strap style. The silver sparkles laid atop the black fabric were reminiscent of a dark starry sky, as such in a galaxy far far away. How adorably clever of her.

Ridley's hair and makeup matched the futuristic style, too. She rocked a slicked back up-do with an unfinished bun that almost looked like origami. Her copper lids, winged eyeliner, and rosy lip added a bit of softness to the otherwise edgy look.

The budding actress has been slaying the style game with one killer fashion look after the next lately. As the leading lady in one of the year's most-hyped films, she is on the verge of superstardom, and she certainly dresses the part.
