Does Ulta Do Free Overnight Shipping At Christmas?

If you have yet to do any holiday shopping for the beauty lovers in your life, I suggest you get on it immediately. Unfortunately, Ulta does not offer free overnight shipping for Christmas, according to a customer service representative I spoke to on the phone. Don't get too disappointed yet, though. All is not lost.

Ulta may not offer free overnight shipping, but it does have 2nd Day Air shipping for $9.95, and Next Day Air shipping for $16.95. A little extra cash could be worth it to get all those beauty essentials and stocking stuffers to you by the holidays.

However, since Next Day Air shipping isn't actually "overnight," I would suggest not waiting until the 23rd or 24th to place your order. According to the Ulta customer service representative, and as stated on the website, it takes about two to three business days total for this kind of delivery due to processing time and other hassles. So if you need some beauty-related gifts from this retailer, order with Next Day Air by the evening of Dec. 20 to ensure that your package gets to you by Christmas Eve.

And if this feels like too much of a gamble, or you just can't justify spending the money on shipping, take a chance at your local Ulta store (be warned that it's probably packed this time of year).
