7 Awesome Fashion & Beauty Products That Give Back

by Lindsey Rose Black

Is your resolution to help better the world in 2016? Although it's a big, albeit intimidating mission, you can start small by shopping these beauty and fashion products that give back and can change lives forever. Whether it's a necklace that contributes to ovarian breast cancer screenings or a bracelet that fights to protect at-risk women from sex trafficking, each one of these items is far more than the product you'll receive. And considering we've just wrapped up the season of giving, what could be better than carrying the message on in the new year?

It's incredible how many brands out there are doing something special to serve humanity and the planet in a meaningful way through their products, and I've had a blast scouting out some of the coolest ones in the fashion and beauty world to give as gifts this year. The stories and causes behind each of the items below are truly touching, and knowing you're supporting something bigger than yourself through the dollars you spent is immensely rewarding!

If you've still got some holiday gift money left to use, what better way to spend it than treating yourself to a special treasure that makes the world a better place? Sounds like the best way to kick off 2016.
