Busy Philipps has Second Child

It looks like the Cougar Town cul-de-sac just got a little more crowded. Busy Philipps, who plays Laurie on the TBS comedy, has given birth to a daughter. She posted this adorable photo on Twitter:

Could that be any cuter? Actually, yes - Philipps sent this tweet back in December to announce her pregnancy:

“Everyone is healthy and happy,” Philipps' rep told People. She added that the newborn weighed in at 8.5 lbs.

This is the second child for Philipps and screenwriter husband Marc Silverstein. She gave birth to their daughter, Birdie, in August 2008. Congrats to all!
