'RHONJ' Is Coming Back Someday... Right?

The one thing I don't particularly like about being a Real Housewives fan is the agonizing wait in between seasons. I know, I get it, they have to actually live the show and thus it takes time to get it to my little TV, but my impatience is only because I care so much. Too much, actually. That said, when does Season 7 of Real Housewives of New Jersey premiere? Well, I'm so glad you asked. Because, honestly, I was wondering that myself.

Being a naturally curious, Real Housewives obsessed human, I did some digging on the matter. Then, I did some more digging. And then some more. I hate to break it you folks, but the answer to this question is not readily apparent. I implore you, please, don't flip any tables or pull out any hair extensions. Despite their being no apparent new scheduling evidence on Bravo's site, I promise, we'll figure this out together. How will we do that? Well, by focusing on the information we do have so far.

The new season is currently in production and has been since mid-December, as NorthJersey.com relayed per " Real Housewives insider," Tom Murro. He also divulged to the publication that they had filmed a bit even before that with Melissa Gorga at her store, Envy. The roundabout timing makes sense, since E! Online previously reported that filming was said to be starting back in mid-November of 2015. Reality Tea explained in December of 2015 that once Teresa Guidice was released from prison she was, "...reportedly jumping right into filming Season 7 of Real Housewives Of New Jersey, which was largely on hiatus until her release."

Typically, the Real Housewives shows film over the duration of a few months. Taking into consideration that RHONJ is only currently a month or so into filming, coupled with post-filming editing and all of the behind-the-scenes stuff, I suspect that we won't see any new episodes of RHONJ until the latter half of 2016, or possibly 2017. Hopefully, we'll get a more direct estimate of when we can expect to see the RHONJ cast again as they get deeper into filming. Either that, or tables of the world are going to live in fear of my wrath for another few months.
