Has anyone else been wondering lately whatever happened to all our fan favorites from The Bachelorette and The Bachelor? Specifically, I've been super curious lately about Ali Fedotowsky's relationship status post-show. Remember her? She was from Season 6 of The Bachelorette in 2010, and I was so disappointed when things didn't work out between her and her final choice, Roberto Martinez. I'm not even sure why it hit me as hard as it did; maybe because the couples who don't make it typically end up splitting right away, and Ali and Roberto lasted until November 2011. It was the first season in a while where I really let myself get my hopes up, and then I got burned. But this isn't about me (yes it is); it's about Ali, so where is she now?
Well, I have good news, and I have bad news. The good news is, Ali is currently engaged and expecting a baby, and the bad news is — just kidding there is no bad news, it's all good news. Ali and her now-fiancé, TV and radio host Kevin Manno, were apparently friends for a long time before things turned romantic. They started dating in April 2013, and were first spotted out as a couple in May 2013. And then, a couple years down the line, in September 2015, Kevin proposed, and Ali said yes. Say it with me now: awwwww.
Like I said, it only gets better from here, because, in January 2016, Ali spilled the beans that a wedding isn't the only thing on the horizon; The pair are also expecting their first child together.
So, in case you're keeping track, everything's coming up Ali Fedotowsky this year, and her days of shedding tears over her time on The Bachelor and The Bachelorette are far behind her. I, for one, couldn't be happier for her.
