Dunkin' Donuts is about to rival other fast food chains to become your favorite breakfast spot. The coffee and doughnut company is introducing a new Dunkin' Donuts GranDDe Breakfast Burrito as part of a limited time menu that also includes updated versions of several classic items, like the croissant doughnut. Heck. Yes.
According to Refinery29, starting Feb. 29, Dunkin' Donuts is introducing the new GranDDe Breakfast Burrito to its menu, and as the name suggests, the burrito is a pretty hefty-sized breakfast offering, served on a 10-inch tortilla holding a spicy omelet, cheese, rice, beans, and sausage. The whole thing clocks in at 10 ounces, making for a hearty meal to start off your day. There's also an equally filling, meatless option available for vegetarians.
That's not the only new menu item that customers can expect though. Dunkin' Donuts is also offering an updated take on its classic chocolate-flavored croissant doughnut: the Strawberry Shortcake Croissant Donut. Topped with strawberry buttercream, the pasty offers a fruitier take on the longtime favorite treat.
Coffee lovers won't be left out of the mix either. In addition to the new food, the eatery is introducing a new bunch of ice cream-inspired coffee flavors. The drinks are all based on popular Baskin-Robbins ice creams, including cookie dough, butter pecan, and pistachio, and customers can order hot, iced, or latte versions.
Clearly, you'll have to rethink your standard order the next time you head to Dunkin'. All of the new menu items will be available starting on Monday, Feb. 29 and will stick around through the end of April. Go get 'em while you can.
