Fans of Ariana Grande have been patiently waiting for her new album to finally see the light of day, especially since her last one, My Everything, came out all the way back in August of 2014. Plenty has changed for Grande since then, and she's grown up, as we all do in our late teens and early twenties, so fans are surely looking forward to seeing how her new music will evolve this time around. The title track and lead single off the album, "Dangerous Woman," is already slaying as a super empowering anthem, and Grande's second single, "Be Alright," is perfectly adding to that theme. Yep, the song definitely has a sexy edge to it, but the message is exactly what all of us need to hear on a particularly rough or challenging day.
The song's message is definitely up for interpretation, but it certainly sounds like Grande is applying it to relationship troubles, as she sings "when finding love is a battle," though the love she speaks of could be anything from a relationship to self-love, which is equally important. She also sings about feeling stuck in slow motion, which can apply if you're needing a change in your life but aren't quite sure how to get there. It's a refreshing reminder, for sure, that things do get better.
Though the album doesn't drop until May, "Be Alright" is officially available on iTunes, and it's definitely a welcome addition to any music lover's library, because the lyrics are uplifting and important for anyone to hear, especially if you're going through a hard time. The lyrics of the song are so positive, and Grande's words of wisdom are just another part of her more mature sound.

We can surely all relate to those nights spent tossing and turning, worrying about whatever may be going on in our lives, but daylight always comes!
