New York Fashion Week Fall 2014: The 10 Most Standout Looks From Day 4
All the cool kids came out to play for day four of NYFW. From Brian Lichtenberg and Band of Outsiders to Public School and Opening Ceremony, runways were rampant with collections made especially for the cool, urban fashionistas looking to stay stylish, yet comfortable. Here are 10 of my favorite looks from Sunday's shows.

BRIAN LICHTENBERG FALL 2014
It was just what we expected over at Brian Lichtenberg — bright pops of colors, parody tees and sweaters and punk-inspired pieces were all present and ready to dress Miley Cyrus come September.
DKNY FALL 2014
If you had any question about whether DKNY was still cool, please direct your attention to this ensemble which oozes modern city girl chic.
DIANE VON FURSTENBERG FALL 2014
It seems Diane Von Furstenberg agrees with Altuzarra on color palettes for Fall. Wrap dresses were given an updated feel with bright palettes and playful prints.
PUBLIC SCHOOL FALL/WINTER 2014
Here’s a taste from Public School’s first ever offerings for their lady friends. As expected, it was filled with ensembles that you’d expect from your cooler, older sister’s closet, one which you’d eventually borrow (read: steal) everything from.
LELA ROSE FALL 2014
Lela Rose sure knows how to make a pretty dress. Her collection was filled with flirty, yet feminine gowns and cocktail dresses, all of which had incredible embellishments and sophisticated details.
OPENING CEREMONY FALL 2014
Guests were not just treated to beautifully designed peplum tops, asymmetrical cuts, cut-outs and high-low hems — they were also welcomed by a giant wall dripping with chocolate. Sweets for all the senses!
VICTORIA BECKHAM FALL 2014
It was ruffles, pleats and sexy silhouettes aplenty at Victoria Beckham’s black and white-filled Fall collection.
THAKOON FALL 2014
Thakoon taught a lesson in layering with his collection of mini ponchos, geometric coats and feminine, floral skirts.
BAND OF OUTSIDERS FALL 2014
Thanks, Band of Outsiders, for inspiring my Fall uniform: blazers (hung neatly over my shoulders) layered over a sporty sweatsuit.
GEORGINE FALL 2014
This outfit has all the elements of a perfect fall ensemble: leather, fur and black. Also, how badass must this model feel?
