The Glamour x Lane Bryant Collection Is Coming

Women's magazine Glamour and retailer Lane Bryant announced an upcoming plus size collection designed for the retailer in partnership with Glamour. According to WWD, the partnership has been in the making since 2013 when CEO Linda Heasley took over Lane Bryant's operations. So, when will Glamour collection hit Lane Bryant stores?

Turns out, you might have to wait a while. According to Glamour , the collection will hit stores this fall, and WWD pegs that more closely with a release date of October 2016. Alongside this announcement, the two brands are also partnering together on branded editorial content, a video series and two special-edition magazines featuring plus size fashion — the first hits newsstands and Lane Bryant stores this week. It features model Ashley Graham on the cover.

While you're waiting for the collection to hit stores, you may still be in luck. Glamour has already kicked off the partnership with a "Styled by Glamour" designation, which its editors gave to pieces that are already in Lane Bryant stores now. And, the magazine's editors worked with Lane Bryant salespeople to pick pieces from the store's collections that fit the magazine's aesthetic and the latest season's fashion trends.
