Is Selena Gomez's Hip Tattoo Real? Let's Examine The Clues — PHOTOS

This gal definitely isn’t shy about her body inking. I mean, she is letting each and every one of her fans wear the very same tats as her, albeit, temporarily, but still. Is Selena Gomez’s hip tattoo real? Well, given that the songstress has admitted that she wants to keep adding to her collection, I’d say it very well could be.

Now, of course, we can’t know for sure given that Gomez hasn’t officially confirmed or denied the ink. It’s also hard to tell what exactly the tattoo is. One fan pointed out on Instagram (via Teen Vogue) that it looks like a cartoon drawing of a pony. Come on. How cute would that be?

If this fresh ink is real, it would make this her eighth tattoo. Given that all of her fans are have the potential to have the exact same tats as she does, I wouldn’t be surprised if she wanted to add one more piece to her collection, you know, just to stand out. She was in NYC for the Met Gala, and conveniently enough, that is where celebrity tattoo artist Bang Bang has his shop. So, I don’t know about you, but I’d put my money on real as far as this hip ink is concerned.

Here's a tiny peek at her potentially new little colorful tattoo.

I love the idea of temporarily wearing the same ink as Gomez.

Because she's got some pretty interesting and meaningful designs.

They're cleverly hidden all over her body.

Like this one on her upper thigh.

A hip tattoo would fit in perfectly with the rest of the symbols she's got. But, real or no, I'd support her either way. Because clearly, she's got this whole body art thing under control.
