Ciara Signs With IMG Models

The first time I noticed Ciara's style was in her "Love, Sex, & Magic" music video with Justin Timberlake. Aside from the palpable chemistry between these two, I was struck by she rocked all the looks in the video. It comes as no surprise that Ciara signed with IMG models — this beauty has always been model material in our book, ever since her early days in music.

This past year has been a big one for her. From finishing up her album and absolutely slaying at the Met Gala, she's definitely been in the fashion radar lately. IMG Models sent out a Tweet on Thursday letting their followers now that they will now be representing the singer, songwriter, and producer. The now-model announced her new title on Instagram today, posting a collage of her fiercest looks, captioning it, "Excited To Join The @IMGmodels Family. Looking Forward To The Journey Ahead. #IMG," according to The Hollywood Reporter .

We couldn't be more thrilled for her. Scroll through her Instagram, and you'll find her in killer ensembles, from her dramatic gowns, to sexy bodysuits, to matching separates, to jaw-dropping jumpsuits. Essentially, she can do no fashion faux pas. Most important of all, she always posts silly, weird little videos that make us laugh, proving her confidence reigns supreme.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ciara is signed on with IMG Models' sister agency, WME, for "music and other areas." This isn't her first dip into fashion, though. Complex reports that she's been Givenchy's muse since 2009, and that she recently served as the face of Roberto Cavalli's Fall 2015 campaign. Not bad. Not bad at all.

In a statement, Ciara said, "I'm super thrilled about partnering with IMG Models. I have always had a strong love for fashion, and I'm grateful to be surrounded by so many great friends that are the best at what they do in this industry. This partnership will give me an opportunity to grow and experiment as an artist. I truly look forward to all the amazing things we have planned ahead," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
