LORAC's first two PRO Palettes are "essentials" for the brand's fans. Even my nephew's 17-year-old girlfriend swears by PRO 2. LORAC PRO Palette 3 is coming soon and it looks just as good as its predecessors. The scoop-happy Trendmood Instagram posted a shot of the new shades, which are wonderful neutrals in a variety of finishes, as well as the on-sale dates. The LORAC PRO 3 features eight matte shades, eight shimmer shades, and a mini primer. That means a LOT of eyeshadow options. The palette has a $44 price tag and will be sold via the Ulta site and at Ulta stores at first. When and where can you shop this stunner?
Here are the exact dates (and locations) you can shop LORAC PRO Palette 3, since it has a staggered rollout. It's available at the Ulta site on June 12. It will next be available at physical Ulta stores on June 26. It will land all other retailers on July 3.

UPDATE: LORAC reps got back to Bustle via email, confirming the on sale dates and locations. They also noted that the PRO Palette 3 will be available at Kohl's and the LORAC Site on July 3.
As you can see from the photo this palette is stunning and similar to Urban Decay Naked in that there are so many neutrals without any basic-ness.
The gorgeous shades are so wearable and perfect for any occasion, from the office to a wedding to weekend dates. You can pile on and build looks depending on how many layers and how much intensity you want. That makes this palette continuously renewable.
