Yes, the rumors are true: Kendall and Kylie Jenner are releasing a sequel to their YA sci-fi book Rebels: City Of Indra: The Story Of Lex and Livia, which was released in 2014. The second book in the YA series will be titled Time of the Twins: The Story Of Lex and Livia, and it's set to be released on Nov. 15, 2016, according to publisher Regan Arts.
