How To Get Tickets For Kanye West At The Meadows

Back in May, the final day of New York City's Governors Ball was famously cancelled due to crazy weather conditions. The cancellation left a lot of people disappointed, especially since Kanye West was due to perform. Thankfully, the organizers of The Governors Ball are hosting a new music festival in October called The Meadows, and Kanye West tops the bill, alongside other legendary acts like The Weeknd, Chance The Rapper, and Grimes. Surely the most important thing everyone needs to know immediately is how to get tickets to The Meadows. There's even a pre-sale happening for previous Governors Ball attendees.

Taking place at Citi Field in Queens, the two day music festival looks like it's going to be awesome, especially considering it's being brought to us by the team behind The Governors Ball. According to the official website, "The Meadows will offer a four stage festival experience that is enhanced by a carefully curated food program, artisanal cocktail offerings, graffiti art installations, and more." The Meadows definitely sounds like an event worth going to, particularly as the lineup features an impressive list of alternative acts like The Temper Trap, Frightened Rabbit, Jack Garratt, and The 1975. The Meadows describes itself as compiling the "very best in hip hop, electronic, indie rock and more," and I literally don't need any more convincing.

There are several ticketing options available on the official site for The Meadows. First up is an exclusive pre-sale, due to start on June 22, for all previous Governors Ball ticket buyers. If you've attended the original festival before, then you'll apparently be sent a special pre-sale code allowing you to get your tickets before anyone else.

For everyone else, tickets to The Meadows go on sale at 11 a.m. EST on June 23. Set your alarms accordingly. While the General Admission ticket will cost you $230, there is a VIP option available. For $495, a VIP ticket will get attendees access to special lounges, air-conditioned rest rooms, and phone chargers. And if that's not enough for you, it might be time to invest in the Super VIP package which, for the small small price of $1600, will get you all of the above plus a concierge service, a backstage bar, free food, and merchandise. Decide wisely.

With an awesome lineup, and the promise of artisanal cocktails, The Meadows is likely to sell-out quickly. Anything for Kanye West, after all.
