Bravo's Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 7 premieres on Sunday, July 10 with much excitement for Teresa Giudice's return to the show after spending about 11 months in prison. According to US Weekly, RHONJ alum Caroline Manzo hasn't spoken to her since and has moved on from the show since she left in its fifth season. So what is Caroline Manzo doing now? She is currently the star of Bravo's RHONJ spinoff series Manzo'd With Children, which stars Manzo, her husband, Albert, and their three children. The series debuted in 2014 and has been renewed for a third season, which is expected to air this summer, according to a press release via the Futon Critic.
Manzo doesn't have any regrets about her relationship Giudice, Us Weekly reported in the same article. "You saw the way we left it," Manzo told the magazine. "And she's happy with that. I'm happy with that and we're gonna leave it at that." It looks like since then, Manzo has been enjoying her new life, which has included a lot of time with her family, as well as recording a podcast (which is available on her website via SoundCloud) with her husband and their friends.

Manzo proudly posted this pic of a raspberry, but it's not any raspberry — it's one from her garden, she declared in the caption. "I'm so excited I can't even stand it," she wrote in the caption. In another photo, Manzo displays some of the herbs harvested from her garden.
She's Making Cookbooks
Manzo has been posting some photos of her newest project: creating a cookbook for each of her children, complete with photos.
She's Been Cooking A Lot
Speaking of cookbooks, Manzo is truly showing off her passion for the kitchen on Instagram. A good amount of her photos show and deal with food and/or cooking up various recipes. And it all looks very delicious.

Manzo has been also spending time on her family's boat, in addition to their fun outing on July 4.
She Was Injured For A Bit
Last month, Manzo posted this snap of her foot in not the best shape, but did not specify what the injury was. "My fashionable footwear for an evening out with the family," she wrote in the caption.
She Celebrated Her Son's Book
Youngest son Christopher wrote a children's book called Oliver Brightside: You Don't Want That Penny and, of course, his mom supported him all the way.
Even without RHONJ, Manzo has plenty of projects that keep her busy — but not too busy to spend time with her family, of course.
