Yeezy Is Dropping Another Crepe Boot Colorway

by May Sofi

Yeezus is on a serious roll. He recently snagged a nomination for Video of The Year at the 2016 VMAs, has made his partnership with Adidas permanent, and now, he's dropping brand new footwear. How does he find the time to do it all? Kanye West is launching the Crepe Boot in "Oil", according to several sources, and fans of the brand are totally going to freak out. By now you are probably wondering — when does the Yeezy Season 2 Oil Crepe Boot come out? Here is what you should know.

The rapper-turned-designer first came out with the military-style boots as part of his Yeezy Season 2 collection. The first release featured a light beige/camel color, which is chic as hell, but doesn't quite go with everything. The new "Oil" colorway, a deep chocolate brown, is ultra sleek and wearable.

There's no arguing that the music mogul has proven himself when it comes to fashion. His Yeezy Boost 350s are quite possibly the most coveted sneakers in the industry. Fans flock to anything and everything he comes out with, so I have no doubt that these new Oil Crepe Boots will be in high demand.

So when do these fabulous new shoes come out? According to HighSnobiety, the new colorway will be available starting August 1st at select retailers.

If you're planning on copping a pair of the oil-colored boots, Complex reports that these stores are the only ones that will carry them: Barneys New York, Selfridges, GR8, SSENSE, and Antonioli.

Given that most of the footwear from Yeezy Season 2 skewed nude, it's nice to have a darker option, and just in time for Fall.

August 1st is just days away, so you'd better mark your calendars now, folks!
