Real Housewives Who Admit To Plastic Sugery

For the most part, the women on Real Housewives are very open when it comes to sharing their lives. And one topic that a lot of the Housewives do not shy away from are the plastic surgeries and other cosmetic procedures they've had. Not only do a lot of the ladies talk about the work they've had done, but a lot of them show us all of the details on their shows. From the discussions about whether or not to get breast implants, to the doctors appointments, to the surgeries, to the painful stages of recovery, us loyal Real Housewives fans have really seen a lot of changes over the years.

For instance, Siggy Flicker recently make her first appearance on Real Housewives of New Jersey immediately after her facelift. Watching The Sig all wrapped up in bandages and drinking lobster bisque out of a straw made me reminisce about the Real Housewives procedures of the past. The women have been more than open when it comes to their plastic surgeries. These ladies are really living up to the title of the franchise and keeping it real with the viewers.

Here are 27 Real Housewives cast members who have openly discussed their plastic surgeries.

1. Vicki Gunvalson

I will never forget the Season 8 premiere of Real Housewives of Orange County when Vicki Gunvalson showed up to Heather Dubrow's dinner party immediately after getting plastic surgery on her face. She did not give herself any time to recover at all. Just like most of the other OC Housewives, Vicki has breast implants. Vicki has admitted to People that she has had a chin job, nose job, boob job, and a tummy tuck. She also added, "As you grow older and you want to look your best, you do what you have to do."

2. Tamra Judge

Tamra Judge has been so open about pretty much everything on RHOC. We have seen her get breast implants in and out so many times on the show that it's a little tough to keep track of — even for a super fan. In an interview with Extra , Tamra copped to getting a nose job in 20s and five boob jobs. Tamra explained her most recent surgery by saying, "I lost my boobs working out!"

3. Shannon Beador

Everyone who watches RHOC knows that Shannon Beador is not at all shy when it comes to sharing her doctor visits. She has never had any surgeries on the show, but in the same interview with Extra, Shannon said that she got a nose job and chin job while she was a sophomore in college.

4. Ramona Singer

After her divorce from Mario Singer, Ramona started anew with a new set of breasts. Ramona explained to OK! Magazine , “I’ve never had any surgery on my face, but I recently did have my breasts done. I went to see Dr. [Sharon] Giese and she didn’t even want to do them. She said, ‘You have great breasts. They’re better than most women half your age.'" That not-so-humble brag is such a standard Ramona answer.

5. Bethenny Frankel

Bethenny Frankel says that she got Botox in her jaw to relax the muscles and she also Bethenny cops to getting breast implants. After feeling like her C-cup breasts were "saggy," Bethenny got implants and went up to a D. She still wasn't happy about it and explained why she went in for a second procedure to the New York Daily News: "I ended up with a D, and I didn’t feel like it was right on me. I felt kind of sloppy.” She got her implants removed and got a breast lift instead.

6. NeNe Leakes

NeNe admitted to getting a nose job back in 2010. She wasn't happy about it so she got it redone in 2016. She even did televised interviews a couple days after she got it done. NeNe came clean about the second surgery during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live when a caller asked about it. NeNe said, "Yes, I had my nose done again." She also explained, "My cartilage was growing in my nose, and my tip was touching the top of my lip." NeNe is so far from hiding her plastic surgeries that I'm surprised she's never had one on reality TV.

7. Porsha Williams

At first, Porsha was shy about her boob job, but there's no way that she could deny such a major difference in her look. Porsha also got a nose job recently, but it was a non-surgical nose job done with a hyalauronic acid injection to "enhance the shape of a small bridge of the nose," according to cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian.

8. Cynthia Bailey

Cynthia Bailey admitted to getting breast implants during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. She said she got her breasts done after breastfeeding her daughter, Noelle. Cynthia said, "I filled up the air in the tires with mine. They’re cute, no one really knows I’ve had a boob job.”

9. Kim Zolciak

There has been a lot of speculation about what Kim Zolciak has and has not had done in regard to plastic surgeries. In an interview with E!, Kim admitted, "I had a boob job and I've had a hernia fixed."

10. Jacqueline Laurita

Jacqueline Laurita is extremely open about her plastic surgery procedures on Real Housewives of New Jersey. During the Season 5 reunion show, Jacqueline listed all of her cosmetic procedures: "I've done my boobs, and then a tummy tuck, and then my neck. And I've had my nose. The rest is like botox, fillers, fun stuff." She really lays it all out there.

11. Teresa Giudice

During the first season of RHONJ, Teresa expressed frustration about the size of her chest. The viewers saw her contemplate getting implants, go to doctors visits, and eventually have surgery. Teresa talked about her desire to get implants after she had children in Steppin' Out magazine (via Us Weekly): "But after I breast fed, they looked different. I looked at them and went, Ewwwwww. They were deflated. I was just a big nipple." Luckily, they healed just in time for her to flip the table during the show's iconic first season finale.

12. Melissa Gorga

Although Jacqueline accused Melissa of getting "four nose jobs" in the RHONJ trailer for the seventh season, the only thing that Melissa has admitted to is getting her breasts done. In 2015, she went in to get her breasts implants replaced after 13 years of having them. She explained on Instagram, "After 13 years they say it's always best to switch out your breast implants."

13. Dolores Catania

During her first appearance on Watch What Happens Live, Dolores was asked about getting a Brazilian butt lift. She even did a quick spin around to show off her newly lifted booty.

14. Kyle Richards

Kyle Richards has a pretty natural-looking appearance, so I was kind of surprised that she has had cosmetic procedures. Then again, this is Beverly Hills. In an interview on Judith Regan's SIRIUS XM radio show (via Us Weekly), Kyle admitted, "I did have my nose done. I have done Botox. My husband doesn't know, but he does now ... But these are my own boobs!"

15. Yolanda Hadid

During the last Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season, Yolanda traveled to Ohio to get her leaky breast implants removed. Yolanda posted on Instagram about why it was important for her to get the procedure done since it alleviates Lyme disease symptoms: "Turn a mess into a message.......We might have hit the jackpot by finding all this silicone from a 20 year old implant rupture through ultrasound mapping."

16. Kim Richards

In an interview with Judith Regan, Kim said, "I did a little Botox at one point with my sister, and I did have implants that I had taken out. They made them too big, and I couldn’t see my feet. Not that I loved my toes, but I would like to glance at them now and then."

17. Adrienne Maloof

Adrienne used to be married to a plastic surgeon, so I'm not at all surprised that she's had a few cosmetic procedures. In the Judith Regan interview, Adrienne admitted, "Botox, fillers, boobs, nose ... No lips ... No cheek bones." She is very honest.

18. Camille Grammer

Camille has no issue admitting that her appearance is not all natural. During that same Judith Regan interview with the other Housewives, Camille just came out and said, "Oh God, what have I done? Let’s see, obviously I’ve had a breast augmentation and ... Botox absolutely — just a crock full of Botox."

19. Dina Manzo

Dina Manzo did get breast implants, but she actually ended up taking them out and getting a reduction back in 2010. Dina explained the 10-year ordeal during an interview with Life & Style: "I woke up from surgery and just knew I was super huge and needed to get the implants taken out. I went back within the first two weeks and got them reduced." She went in for a third time in April 2010 for her final reduction.

20. Danielle Staub

RHONJ original cast member Danielle Staub had four breast augmentations. She got her "uneven" chest fixed during an episode of the show. Her plastic surgeon told Us Weekly that "scar tissue formed around the breast implant and that makes the implants hard, cold and deformed... the right one was almost up by her neck!"

21. Cary Deuber

Real Housewives of Dallas cast member Cary Deuber is a registered nurse who works side by side with her plastic surgeon husband, so it really does make sense that Cary has had some cosmetic procedures. In a Huffington Post interview, Cary admitted, "I have breast implants and had liposuction many years ago. I also have Botox and fillers."

22. Brandi Redmond

RHOD star Brandi Redmond recently had surgery on her breasts. She explained that there were multiple reasons for her to go under the knife in an interview with Zwivel: “I was born very premature, and had surgery for a collapsed lung. It left a very bad scar that bugged me for years. After nursing two small children, not only did my boobs deflate but my scar also worsened, so I decided to give myself a mommy makeover and fix that lung scar. I have two beautiful children and sacrificed my body for them, but I gifted that to myself and I’m very proud of it.”

23. Stephanie Hollman

In the same Zwivel interview, Brandi's BFF Stephanie Hollman talked about her experience with her plastic surgeon and having a breast augmentation: "After two children, I just wanted them to make them look perky again. If you trust the doctor you are with, it’s a really good experience and a positive relationship."

24. Kathy Wakile

Back when she was a full time cast member on RHONJ, Kathy Wakile revealed the results of her plastic surgeries on Watch What Happens Live. She explained her rhinoplasty: "I broke it twice, so it was time to get rid of it. Once in Italy playing soccer, and once playing softball. I'm not athletic." She also admitted to getting her lips plumped in the same interview.

25. Alexis Bellino

Tamra Judge infamously referred to Alexis Bellino as "Jesus Jugs" to make fun of both her breast implants and her religious devotion. Alexis has never denied having breast implants and told Star (via Reality Tea), "People think I have had all this work done, but I — honest to God — have only had breast implants… Botox and my lips injected." Ironically, Tamra has had five boob jobs and has also found religion, so the "Jesus Jugs" insult is just way weirder now.

26. Lynne Curtin

When Lynne Curtin was on RHOC, she and her daughter Raquel Curtin went in for plastic surgery together. Raquel got a nose job and Lynne got a face and neck lift. Lynne explained that seeing herself on the show led her to get the procedure done with Newport Beach Plastic Surgery, "You don’t realize, you know, until you see yourself on high-definition television what you really look like. I kept saying to myself, is that how I really look? I was shocked."

27. Siggy Flicker

Last but not least, new RHONJ Housewife Siggy Flicker showed up on the Season 7 premiere in her facelift bandages and ordered soup with a straw while she chatted about her surgery with her fellow Housewives.

Clearly, the women of Real Housewives have many different reasons for having cosmetic procedures and have had a lot of different experiences with their surgeries. The list is pretty long, and if I had to guess, I'd say there are probably more to come as the show goes on.
