Obama's 'Between Two Ferns' Interview With Zach Galifianakis Is Surprisingly Sassy — VIDEO

President Obama has appeared on a number of talk shows, but his newest guest spot is definitely his most surprising. Barack Obama was a guest on Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis and the results were amazing. If you aren't familiar with Between Two Ferns, it's a Galifianakis-hosted web series that's set up like a community access talk show. It's always shot in front of a black background with the host and guest sitting (duh) between two ferns. It also always includes guests making passive aggressive comments to Galifianakis which is particularly awesome on an episode featuring the president.

This aspect starts immediately as Galifianakis' first question mentions that Obama pardoned a turkey in 2013 and he asks, "What do you have planned for 2014?" Obama responds, "Was that depressing for you. Taking one turkey out of circulation? A turkey you couldn’t eat?"

From that point on things continue similarly with Galifianakis asking offensive questions ("What's it like to be the last black president?") only to be shot down with Obama's insults. Obama actually is there for some official business too and takes some time to explain the Affordable Care Act. This is, of course, peppered with comments from the host, for instance, whether or not he ever visits .com or .net websites or just sticks to .gov.

Check out Obama on Between Two Ferns below and be sure to stick around for the surprise ending.
