Another season, another anticipated release of the Kylie Jenner Lip Kits. On Thursday, Kylie Cosmetics announced the upcoming launch of Kylie Smile lip kits, and fans are going nuts over it. In the perfect contrast to Spice, a dark, berry color and the orange brown lip kit that she is also releasing, Jenner announced her Smile lip kit, a pink hue that was created in partnership with Smile Train for World Smile Day. As announced on the official Kylie Cosmetics Twitter account, all proceeds from the Smile Kit will go towards cleft surgery for children. Amazing!
Though Jenner had been teasing fall lip kits over the last month, it looks as though Smile needed no promotion and came as a huge surprise to many when she posted a photo of it on Instagram, with the caption: "SMILE! So excited to reveal SMILE, a beautiful pale pink shade that I created in partnership with @SmileTrain for #WorldSmileDay. Smile is launching Monday, October 3 at 11am PST! 100% of net proceeds will go to Smile Train to support cleft surgery for children in the developing world."
What's just as amazing, however is the color. Pink — for fall! Unexpected, but totally welcome. Now, people can't seem to wait any longer for the new bright hue color.
Smile stands out from the other October lip kit shades, not only because of the more spring-appropriate shade, but also because the proceeds go towards a charity, not the ever-expanding Kylie Cosmetics empire. It's because of these two reasons that Kylie Cosmetics shoppers plan on purchasing it when it comes out next week.
