When Is The Starbucks Frappula Frappuccino Available? Spooky Drinkers Better Act Fast
In the days before Halloween, you're probably trying to get your claws on anything and everything spookily festive, which is exactly why you're going to want to know when the Starbucks Frappula Frappuccino is available — because your PSL needs a break from you, and you need something cut your Halloween sweet teeth on. Mark your calendars for Oct. 27 — that's when Starbucks will start serving the holiday drink. And you'll want to act fast because it will only be available until Halloween eve, Oct. 31 — making it that much more appealing because it's so limited! Not to mention, you can go back to your previously scheduled PSL game right after the Frappula special ends.
If you didn't get to try the Frappula last year, here's what you have to look forward to: the icy blended treat is a mix of mocha sauce, whipped cream, white chocolate mocha sauce, milk, blended with a generous coating of strawberry puree. Drooling? Yeah, me too. It's the perfect blend of sweet and tart and coffee goodness. And maybe most importantly, it's dessert for breakfast, which is always a home run in our book. As you can see in the picture below, the strawberry sauce takes on a bloody appearance in the way it's drizzled over the thick whipped cream. It's even got two little fang marks in the whipped cream for added thematic cuteness. Plus, I imagine strawberry puree is way better tasting than blood. Just a hunch.
And if your sweet tooth is now totally activated, you might also want to try Starbucks' adorable and tasty little Mummy Cake Pops, available only for a limited time. These treats are made from their vanilla birthday cake batch and decorated with some holiday-friendly accidents. It's not everyday that you can get a Cake Pop that has eyes and bandages. 'Tis the season to get nuts with your sugar intake, so get on these ghouls.
And if that's still not enough Halloween festivities for you, you'll want to head over to Spotify to download your copy of their holiday playlist titled "Halloween Party". I won't ruin it for you, but to give you a taste of what you can expect, think Michael Jackson, think Dead Man's Bones, think Frank Sinatra, think Yeah Yeah Yeahs — yeah it's a seriously eclectic list of spirited jams that you'll probably want to listen to long after Halloween comes and goes.
Head to Starbucks today to get your festive drinks and treats because you'll have to wait a whole year if you miss this opportunity! No need for tricks, my friends — treat and treat all the way.
