When Can You Buy The New Rihanna x Manolo Blahnik Shoe Collab? The New Styles Go On Sale On This Date
And you though the always sold-out Puma Creepers were Rihanna's most memorable shoes in 2016! Well, think back to May, when Rihanna and Manolo Blahnik launched a jeans-inspired shoe collection, dubbed "Denim Desserts." It was a crazy sexy and pricy collection that demanded an encore. So, Rihanna and Manolo Blahnik are back with a second shoe collection, called "Savage." It's aesthetically opposite of their prior collab. Savage is a limited edition collection of winter-ready and fur-trimmed boots. It consists of three pairs of boots that will be available for purchase at Manolo Blahnik stores and the Manolo Blahnik website, according to Women's Wear Daily. While the prices are TBD as of press time, you can expect them to be pretty steep. That said, when can you buy the new Rihanna x Manolo Blahnik collab?
Well, your winter shoe wardrobe or your winter wardrobe in general can add a massive dose of sexy as of Wednesday, Nov. 16. That's when the footwear goes on sale.
According to WWD, there's Fallon, which is an update of the Timberland-style stiletto work boot that Blahnik created back in the '00s and went on to garner love from Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce. This version has a fur trim and will be offered in brown and ivory hues.
The Fallon boot is a dual encore for Blahnik, since it marks a second collection with Rihanna riding shotgun and it's a renewed take on one of his most popular past styles.
Next up is Dominique, which is a thigh-high style. It's a silhouette with which Rihanna and Blahnik are enamored. Denim Deserts included those unforgettable, thigh-high boots that Rih gifted to J. Lo, whom she felt was the only sexpot who could do them justice. The Savage collection's thigh-highs are lined with sheepskin and are made of black pony skin, which has been laser-cut with a brocade style, per WWD. Lastly, there is Alexis, a lace-up, knee-high boot trimmed in all sorts of fur and available in cinnamon and ivory.
While the color palette is comprised of neutrals, all that fur and the height of the heel and the shoes themselves makes the Savage collection as sultry as it gets.
