Ciara Dressed In A Velvet Tutu At The 2016 AMAs

If there's a time to pull out all the sartorial stops, it's the American Music Awards. Celebrities don't hold it back when it comes to the fashion, and this singer was definitely one of them. Keeping it simple but sweet, Ciara wore a velvet tutu-styled dress to the AMAs. Believe me when I say you need to see the combination to believe how great it is.

I never would have thought a long-sleeve turtleneck and a tutu would have gone together, but, boy, was I wrong. Instead of rocking her typical thigh-high slit, Ciara choose something a little different. The velvet high-low dress showed less skin than normal, but was still just as stunning. She paired it with the same colored pumps that wrapped around her ankles. The ensemble was the definition of classic meets modern.

She might have kept the color simple, the entire ensemble was the opposite. She stuck with minimal hair and makeup as well, which is also much different than normal. Bottom line: this girl can rock any style and look absolutely gorgeous. The singer kept it simple with the accessories as well, but it was the perfect way to show off her baby-bump. In my opinion, this is one of her best styles yet.
