10 Shirts You Should Never Be Caught Wearing
We fully support the idea that fashion is a tool for self-expression, but some aspects of oneself are better left unexpressed. Case in point: this guy who was arrested for a DUI, wearing a shirt that read "Drunk as Shit." Don't get us wrong — we love ourselves a graphic tee and sweater. But there are some shirts out there you should really never wear. Ever. It may seem cute or funny at first, but don't a lot of bad ideas start out that way? Here are 10 shirts you should not, under any circumstances, allow into your wardrobe.
THE "SOCIAL MEDIA OBSESSED" TEE
Any tees mentioning this social media expletive should be banned. Don’t be a part of the problem — be a part of the solution.

THE OTHER "SOCIAL MEDIA OBSESSED" TEE
The same goes for hashtags. And abbreviations.

THE "SELF-LABELING" TEE
Name calling is never a good thing, even when you’re doing it to yourself.

THE "ARROGANT" TEE
Shirts that suggest you are “famous,” “pretty,” “awesome” or a “princess” should be reserved for infants who are too small to dress themselves and thus can’t refuse these kinds of shirts. You, on the other hand, have a choice.

THE "FAUX BADASS" TEE
This is not impressive. No one wants to know that you work out, and no one wants to know how much you drink, and no one is impressed if you do, in fact, perform these activities at the same time. (Although if you do, you have even bigger problems than this shirt.)

THE "FAVORITE THINGS" TEE
It’s one thing to wear your heart on your sleeve. It’s another when you plaster yourself with your favorite things.

THE "CLINGY GIRLFRIEND" TEE
We agree that your boyfriend is one lucky guy, but he probably already knows that — and really, he’s the only person who should.

THE "OVERUSED SAYING" TEE
Unless you’re using this as a pajama top, i.e. no one will see it, just say no. We can’t think of any other appropriate place to wear this.
