Phillip Lim And Nars Team Up For Nail Polishes

Prepare to hyperventilate, nail art mavens! The 3.1 Phillip Lim for NARS Nail Collection is full of "must own" shades. The designer, who has been known to inspire nail art, and the makeup brand have collaborated for 14 seasons, so this is not a new partnership, but it is certainly a to-die-for one.

There are nine shades in total and they are inspired by colors that exist in the shadows. What does that mean? It's actually pretty simple. The collection is fall-appropriate, comprised of jewel tones and neutrals that you can rock for your mani and your pedi.

Think rich red, denim-y blue, the oh-so-2014 slate, deep brown, and much more. So if your budget doesn't allow you to own any Lim pieces in your closet, you can make up for it with your nail wardrobe.

Seriously, these fall-friendly colors have me thinking about scarves and leather jackets already and it's not even the summer solstice yet! WTF, NARS! Way to make me want to wish my summer away.

The shades are available at NARS boutiques and on the NARS website as soon as July 15, so your toes will still be dipped in these 3.1 Phillip Lim x NARS shades for a few months of sandal season. Whew! The colors are too pretty to be covered by boots once cold weather hits.

The collection, which also offers a canvas pochette, will be available on a wider scale as of August 1, at Sephora and department stores.

The names and hues are edgy, too! They are as follows: Anarcy (Angora); Other Side (Bitter Chocolate); Hell-Bent (Lacquer Red); Wrong Turn (Graphite); Gold Viper (Champagne); Dark Room (Blue Denim); Shutter (Black Sea Green); Crossroads (African Violet); and Insidious (Black Bronze), which is a shade that is exclusive to NARS boutiques and the NARS site.

The pretty lacquers set you back $20 a piece, while the polish-filled pouch has an $80 price tag.
