For Father's Day: 10 TV Bad Boys Not to Bring Home to Dad

We love our TV bad boys. Whether they're the boy from the wrong side of the tracks, the rich kid with serious daddy issues, or just your run-of-the-mill criminal, we can't help but root for them. Our fathers on the other hand? Psh. Here are 10 TV bad boys that we could never bring home to dad — and it's the best father's day gift ever that we actually can't. [Image: CW]

Lock up your daughters...

[Image: CW]

Chuck Bass, 'Gossip Girl'

Like Chuck would ever not make this list. There are about a million reasons why Chuck is bad, bad, bad news. For starters, let's rewind to the pilot episode when Chuck totally creeped on Jenny. Or later in the series when he pimped Blair out for a hotel. Or basically every moment in between when he shacked up with prostitutes in his penthouse. While we're happy that Chuck turned over a new leaf at the end of the series, we doubt dad would be thrilled about you bringing home this hotel heir. [Image: CW]

Noah Puckerman, 'Glee'

Puck is the guy your dad warned you about when he gave you that whole "guys only want one thing" speech. While he has a heart of gold, Puck knocking up his best friend's girlfriend isn't something you'll want to have to explain over family dinner. [Image: Fox]

Captain Hook, 'Once Upon a Time'

What, did your dad never give you the whole "never date a pirate" talk? No? Hook may be easy on the eyes, but he's moments away from betraying someone at any second. There's a good chance that if you let him into your home that he's going to steal your stuff. [Image: ABC]

Jess Mariano, 'Gilmore Girls'

Jess was so cute. Dreamy, well read... and kind of a loose canon. No wonder he broke Rory's heart about a million times over. Your Dad would definitely have issue with his attitude problem. [Image: CW]

Damon Salvatore, 'The Vampire Diaries'

We love the dark knight of 'The Vampire Diaries,' but let's be real: Your dad would SO not. Sure, he's a vampire, but you'd probably have to keep that a secret. Instead, what your dad would hate most about Damon is his problem with authority, sarcastic sense of humor, and the fact that he's pretty much down to drink at whatever time of the day. [Image: CW]

Kevin Volchok, 'The OC'

Yeah, we could have put Ryan Atwood on this list, but we like to think he's been reformed. Volchok on the other hand? Well, uh, he KILLED Marissa. But before all of that, she caught him cheating on her. Sorry, no free pass for Volchok. Doesn't matter how great he looks surfing. [Image: Fox]

Ezra Fitz, 'Pretty Little Liars'

He's sensitive, attractive, and clearly not above breaking laws to be with you. While it's nice that your boyfriend would have a job, just try bringing home your English teacher. [Image: ABC Family]

Ricky Underwood, 'Secret Life of the American Teenager'

Ricky's charming, but he's also charmed his way into the beds of half of the girls at his high school — including Amy, the girl that he knocked up as a freshman. He's a great father to John now, but try explaining to Dad that your boyfriend has a kid and a list of sexual partners that is well into the three digits. [Image: ABC Family]

Sebastian Kydd, 'The Carrie Diaries'

His hair is amazing. He wears Ray-Ban wayfarers better than anyone else on the planet. But he also got kicked out of school for sleeping with his art teacher. Dad would have a hard time getting over that one. [Image: CW]

Logan Echolls, 'Veronica Mars'

Just watch the first half of the first season of 'Veronica Mars' and tell me that you didn't think that Logan might be evil. Then watch the second half and tell me how much you don't care about any of that because you LOVE HIM NOW. So what if he organized a couple of bum fights, roofied his best friend, and harassed Weevil and the rest of the PCH'ers? You tell me that your heart didn't melt when he told Veronica that their love was epic. Dads just don't understand... [Image: CW]
