They Had a Delivery Room Scare
In the premiere of Don’t Be Tardy, viewers will see that Kim’s November delivery didn’t go smoothly. While both babies are safe and sound now, Kaia was in danger when Kim’s blood pressure dropped during delivery.

As far as I can tell from Real Housewives, many of the stars’ husbands don’t like picking up the slack around the house, but Kroy is a devoted dad. He’s busy during football season, but any other time of year you’ll see him all over Kim’s Instagram helping out with all six kids.

A Happy Family Full of "K" Names
Like another famous reality TV family, the Zolciak-Biermanns have a whole slew of K-names, from Kim and Kroy to KJ (Kroy Junior), Kash Kade (RHOA fans will remember this is the baby name that Kandi claimed Kim stole from her), and now Kaia and Kane. Older daughters Brielle and Ariana switch things up a little, but after their official adoption by Kroy in 2013, they are one big Biermann family.
